Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

We currently ship within Canada.  Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days.

Delivery time may vary depending on location but typically takes 3–7 business days after shipping.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and shipped.

RETURNS

Because our candles are handmade products, we currently do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
