1. How long should I burn my candle each time?

For best results, burn your candle for 2–3 hours each time to allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface.

2. Why does my candle tunnel?

Tunneling can happen if the candle is not burned long enough during the first burn.

Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges of the container for the best performance.

3. How should I trim the wick?

Trim the wick to about 5mm (¼ inch) before each burn to maintain a clean and steady flame.

4. Are Enlights candles handmade?

Yes. Every Enlights candle is handcrafted in Canada with attention to detail and design.

We are using natural sox wax and bee wax only.

5. Are your candles safe for indoor use?

Yes. Our candles are designed for home use. Always burn candles on a heat-resistant surface and never leave them unattended.

6. Can I give Enlights candles as gifts?

Absolutely! Our candles make beautiful gifts for birthdays, holidays, housewarmings, and special occasions.
